Summary: I have 10 years experience in Specialist Recruitment including time as part of a Senior Management Team in a major company. I built a Locum Psychiatry business from scratch with no resources into an exceptional operation. I then led an established well known Medical Locums Business, re organising, re locating it & making it a more profitable venture. I also negotiated a major supply contract extension with better terms in a major London Hospital. As part of a Senior Management team, I helped turnaround a major business initiating major change programmes which produced exceptional results. Recently I launched another Psychiatry business with success improving doctor and client numbers, increasing profitability. I also led a compliance recovery project across the business. I attended DOH meetings and represented the business at an overseas recruitment trade fair in Bulgaria. I am a Fellow of the IRP & also a Fellow of the APRC.
